Everyone died in the tragic accident. Relatives of the dead people filed a lawsuit against the company for compensation worth $50 million. With the opening of the case, new allegations were made. One of these claims is that the crew was driven to forced suicide.

According to a report by CNN, the lawsuit filed by the family of French explorer Paul-Henri Nargeolet includes the following statement: “The crew may have heard the crackling sounds of the carbon fiber, which was damaged as the water pressure pressed on the hull of the submarine.” He goes on to claim that the Titan crew’s electricity was cut off and that they were driven to forced suicide due to the vehicle’s irreparable malfunctions.

In all statements made so far, it is reported that the submarine was stuck in a certain area after the damage it sustained and that they were waiting for help by using their remaining oxygen sparingly. However, this new claim states that the crew realized that the damage was irreversible and that they consciously expected to die.
