The Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that in addition to phone calls, reports regarding suspicious situations and criminal activities can now be made via the internet. With the new system called “112 Web Reporting System”, citizens will now have a brand new option when reporting incidents.
The newly developed system basically works with a prepared notification form. Users can quickly fill out this form and provide detailed information about the incident or case to the authorities. Citizens are first requested to fill in their address information regarding the incident.
However, most of the form allows citizens to describe the incident in detail. Users can choose which authorized unit such as gendarmerie, police or fire department to report the incident to. allows explanation.
