Huawei unveiled its new foldable phone called Pocket 2. The foldable phone, which has a clamshell design, uses a drop-shaped notch mechanism. In this way, there is no space left when the phone is folded. Pocket 2 is also the first “clamshell” foldable phone with four cameras on its cover.

The phone supports two-way satellite messaging via Beidou, the Chinese satellite navigation system. Pocket 2 comes with a 4520 mAh battery, which is larger than previous foldable devices in the company’s portfolio. 40W wireless and 66W wired charging support is also among the features of the phone.

These charging speeds can quickly warm up a relatively small phone like the Pocket 2. To prevent this, Huawei has placed a steam ring on the upper half of the phone. In addition, thermal conductivity is increased with multiple layers of graphite.
