Moto S50 Neo offers sufficient performance with Snapdragon 6s Gen 3
The new Moto S50 Neo, introduced by Motorola and a complete price performance device for the middle segment, stands out with its features. First of all, if we want to talk about the processor, the new Android phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset. This processor is accompanied by 8GB and 12GB LPDDR4X memory, and 256GB or 512GB UFS 2.2 storage options.
On the screen side, we are greeted by a 6.7-inch Full HD + panel with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate that can reach 1600 nits of brightness. The phone, which runs on the Android 14-based My UX operating system, has an IP54 certificate for water resistance.
The device has a dual camera design on the back with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor main camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, macro, and depth sensor, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. It also offers sufficient usage life with its 5,000 mAh battery with 30W turbocharging feature.
Moto S50 Neo has a price tag of $192 for the 8GB + 256GB model, $220 for the 12GB + 256GB version, and $261 for the 12GB + 512GB model, with blue, green, and gray color options. The phone, which is currently on sale in the Chinese market, is expected to go on sale in countries such as India as Moto G85 5G in July. Unfortunately, Moto S50 Neo will not be on sale in Turkey.
