By making changes in the Decision on the Implementation of Certain Articles of the Customs Law No. 4458, e-commerce Goods not exceeding 30 euros with Pharmaceutical items not exceeding 1500 euros Tax regulations were made for The decision in question was published in the Official Gazette.

Based on the value of goods that come to a natural person via postal or express cargo transportation and that do not have a commercial quantity or nature and whose value does not exceed 30 euros and pharmaceutical goods whose value does not exceed 1500 euros;

• From other countries in case of arrival 60 percent
• included in the list annexed to the Special Consumption Tax law. in case of goods additional 20 percent

tax will be charged.

The decision will come into force after 15 days.

Before this, the international online shopping limit was 150 euros. In other words, the limit was reduced from 150 euros to 30 euros. Previously, tax rates were also different. In the previous regulation, the tax on products coming from the European Union was 18 percent, and the tax on products coming from other countries was 30 percent.
