Ryzen 9000X3D processors became clear
As you know, X3D processors, in which AMD integrates 3D V-Cache technology, are considered the best gaming processors on the market. Ryzen 9000X3D We have previously mentioned that the series will offer significant differences and full overclocking support. The latest information touches on the amount of 3D V-Cache of the series and we may encounter a minor upgrade.
Accordingly, AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D will offer 32 MB per CCD (64 MB L3), 64 MB 3D V-Cache (128 MB), 16 MB L2 and 1 MB L1 cache, for a total of 144MB. It is also expected that a similar configuration will be used in Ryzen 9 9900X. However, it will come with a lower amount of overall cache in the L2 and L1 partition.
As for the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, the amount of cache memory is 32 MB per CCD (32 MB L3), 64 MB 3D V-Cache and 8 MB L2 + 512 KB L1, for a total of 104MB. For comparison, Ryzen 9 7950X3D, Ryzen 9 7900X3D and Ryzen 7 78003XD, introduced last year, have 144, 140 and 104MB cache respectively. Therefore, it seems that the biggest upgrade will be the transition from Zen 4 to Zen 5.
- 9950X3D – Basic CCD Capacity 32 MB (64 MB L3) + 64 MB 3D V-Ink (128 MB) + 16 MB L2 + 1 MB L1
