Insta360 Ace Pro review video!
Insta360 has announced the Ace and Ace Pro, two new action cameras developed in collaboration with Leica and blended with a unique combination of hardware and AI-powered computational photography.
The flagship Ace Pro features the industry’s first Type 1/1.3 image sensor. This camera, which can shoot up to 8K video at 24 frames per second and 4K video at 120 fps, can also take 48 megapixel photos. It provides live preview and camera control with its vlog-friendly 2.4-inch touch screen. Moreover, it is waterproof to 33 feet (196 feet with the special Dive Bag) and has a sturdy body. Additionally, thanks to its fast charging feature, it can be charged to 80 percent in just 22 minutes and fully charged in 46 minutes with PD.
Ace, on the other hand, is described as the “budget-friendly” option of Insta360. Key differences include the smaller Type 1/2, 48-megapixel sensor, standard non-Leica lens, and standard charging.
While Insta360 offers the ability to control these cameras with voice or gestures, it states that it will transform the shooting and editing experience with artificial intelligence-supported features such as a new AI Highlights Assistant and special keyword-based AI Warp feature.
