Panasonic unveils digital assistant aiming to improve family well-being at CES 2025 UmiHe introduced . This AI-powered platform is powered by Anthropic’s advanced Claude model and aims to help families live healthier, connected and organized lives.
Umi offers an interactive interface that allows family members to set goals, create routines, manage tasks and spend more time together. For example; Thanks to Umi, users can communicate with artificial intelligence in family chat groups, create plans that improve their health habits, and easily organize their daily tasks.
Introduced at Panasonic’s keynote at CES, Umi also offers a solution for individuals who want to support elderly parents remotely. In this context, the company develops services for the needs of elderly individuals by collaborating with institutions such as AARP.
Umi shows that Panasonic will use Anthropic’s Claude model as a strategic asset, not only in its consumer technologies but also in its employee solutions. Claude’s analysis and problem-solving abilities will make Panasonic’s business processes such as sales, customer service, marketing and software development more efficient.
