Bayraktar TB3 performed night approach tests on the TCG Anadolu (LHD-Multi-Purpose Amphibious Ship) ship. In the short video shared by Selçuk Bayraktar, Bayraktar TB-3 approaches the ship from close range.
Developed by Baykar Technology, Bayraktar TB-3 stands out with the much more advanced features of the successful TB-2 model. In this sense, the landing and take-off of TB-3, which has UAV features, on the TCG Anadolu Ship is of strategic importance.
If Bayraktar TB-3 is successful in tests such as the night approach test, it will soon move on to the landing and take-off phase of the TCG Anadolu ship. Thus, the Republic of Türkiye will become a UAV ship that can take off and land on UAVs and UAVs.
Selçuk Bayraktar shared a short video on the X platform for Bayraktar TB-3, which will soon start landing and take-off tests on the TCG Anadolu ship. In this video, TB-3 UAV performs a night approach test on the TCG Anadolu ship.
Recently, Türkiye has important UAV and Siha models such as Bayraktar TB-2 and TAI Anka. Turkish UAVs, which played important roles especially in the Azerbaijan and Ukraine wars, attracted the attention of the whole world in this sense.
The Bayraktar TB-3 model, unlike the TB-2 model, appears as a full-fledged UCAV. The model, which reaches much higher speeds, stands out with its features such as more air time and air-to-air ammunition structure.
Bayraktar TB-3 has the ability to land and take off, especially on short runways. This paves the way for the TB3 UCAV model to land and take off on the TCG Anadolu ship. If Bayraktar TB-3 starts to land and take off after the approach test to the TCG Anadolu ship, TCG Anadolu will be the first LHD ship suitable for SİHA landing and takeoff.
