Sunday research company IDC (International Data Corporation) announced the best -selling smartphone manufacturers in China for the first quarter of 2025. According to the data, Apple experienced a remarkable decline.

Latest situation in the Chinese smartphone market

According to the information transferred, Xiaomi is sitting in the leading seat in the Chinese market. 13.3 million shipments in the first quarter of the company’s market share of 18.6 percent. This value was 13.8 percent in the same period of last year. So we can say that there is a serious growth.

Huawei is in the second place with 12.9 million shipments. Reaching a 18 percent market share, the Chinese giant has been on the sanction list since 2019, although it is no longer affected by these restrictions.

Despite the difficulties experienced in supply from the United States, the company seems to have largely left the recovery process behind. The reason for this is that as you can imagine, it starts to produce the equipment it cannot supply and an agreement with Chinese companies because they cannot produce.

Oppo, on the other hand, is in the third place of the list with 11.2 million shipments and a market share of 15.7 percent.

Apple, usually at the top or second place among the best -selling telephone manufacturers, declined to fifth in this quarter. The US -based company, which reduced its shipments by 9 percent compared to last year, was able to reach a market share of 13.7 percent by sending 9.8 million devices.
