Camera Features of Galaxy S25 Slim Model Detailed

Earlier this month, Ice Universe announced that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim would feature an Ultra-level camera, but did not provide further details. Now another source, Sanju Choudhary, shared the camera details.

The main camera will feature a 200MP sensor, which is a new ISOCELL HP5 according to the source, with some reports claiming it will measure 1/1.56”, although older reports claim it will measure 1/1.3” (the same size as the HP2 on the S24 Ultra). It does.

In the ultra-wide camera and telephoto camera, a 50 MP JN5 sensor (1/2.76”, 0.64 µm pixels) will be used.

According to Choudhary, the Slim telephoto camera will have 3.5x optical zoom. Allegedly, it will use the ALoP design that Samsung announced yesterday. It inverts the traditional periscope design by putting the lenses in front of the periscope rather than behind it.
