According to the New York Times, the CIA has developed a chat bot that can predict the possible future reactions of world leaders based on their past behavior, decisions and personality traits. This AI-powered bot is trained using large language models (LLM) and combines publicly available information and intelligence data.

It is unknown when this technology started to be developed and how long it has been used. Nand Mulchandani, the first Chief Technology Officer of the CIA and former US Department of Defense Artificial Intelligence Expert, stated that this project was deliberately hidden. So it seems that no further details will be shared, but the technology world is eagerly waiting for information about the development process.
