The Constitutional Court made a statement about why the website could not be accessed through social media channels. The court cited excessive internet traffic as the reason why the site did not work. Moreover, it was stated that the decision annulling some of the rules of Presidential Decree No. 66 was published in the Official Gazette and is open to access.
