Samsung, which took very cautious steps regarding fast charging after the battery disaster in the Galaxy Note 7, has not yet passed 45W fast charging on its flagships. Mid-level phones generally have 25W fast charging support.
Samsung, which has achieved a significant rise in the middle segment by bringing its flagship features to the Galaxy A series, will also take the same step in fast charging. 45W fast charging support, which came to the Galaxy M55/C55/F55 models, is coming to the Galaxy A series.
The first model in the Galaxy A series with 45W fast charging support is expected to be Galaxy A56. The phone, which is not expected to be introduced before March 2025, is 50 Megapixel main + 12 Megapixel ultra wide. It will have a 5 Megapixel macro camera combination. So, in terms of camera, it will be the same as the Galaxy A55.
The phone, on which the front camera will be upgraded, is expected to be powered by the Exynos 1580 processor. This eight-core processor, which can go up to 2.91 GHz, is equipped with a new GPU based on AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture. The phone, which will come out of the box with Android 15, will have 8 GB RAM.
While the Galaxy A55, introduced in March, maintains its place in the market, Samsung has already started working on its sequel. Here are the new details of Galaxy A56!
