The Golden Joystick awards, which have been determining the best games of the year since 1983, were recently held for the 42nd time. As a result of the ceremony, which was followed with excitement by game lovers, the most successful productions of the year won awards in various categories.

At the event, where more than 12 million games were used to determine the best games in 21 different categories, the winner of the “Game of the Year” award was Black Myth: Wukong, developed by Game Science. In addition to the record-breaking role-playing game, Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth also won a total of four awards at the ceremony, where it was nominated in seven categories.
