Google updated its chatbot called Gemini so its users can better tailor responses. This update allows users to customize responses to their preferences and is currently only available in English and on the web version of Gemini. So what will this update do for us?
Gemini’s new update gives users the ability to fine-tune the chatbot’s responses to precisely match their queries. Now you can quickly edit the section you want to change without having to ask Gemini to regenerate the entire text. Just open Gemini in your favorite web browser.
Once you’ve created the answer, highlight the part you want to change and click on the little balloon with the pencil icon. You will be presented with four options: Rebuild, Shorter, Longer And Remove. “Rebuild” You can adjust the answers according to your preference with the option.
If you want, “Replace with PromptYou can also submit any changes you want to Gemini in writing by typing in the ” field. However, if your requests do not guide the chatbot on how to modify the response or request unsupported text formatting changes, “Gemini can’t do this” you can get the answer.
Additionally, AI may hit a snag if your queries are vague or violate Google’s Prohibited Use Policy. A few days before the last update, Google stopped Gemini’s rendering feature.
This decision was made after AI had historically created inaccurate or offensive images. Gemini is expected to return in the coming weeks with some adjustments to address these concerns.
