Pixel 9a comes equipped with Google’s Tensor G4 chipset. The device, which will use the same chipset as other models of the Pixel 9 series, is supported by 8 GB LPDDR5X RAM. Storage options are determined as 128 GB and 256 GB UFS 3.1.

The device comes with a screen of 6.285 inches with a resolution of 1080 × 2424. The screen, which stands out with its 120 Hz refresh rate and 240 Hz touch sampling rate, offers 2,700 nits maximum brightness and 1,800 nits HDR brightness values. Moreover, the screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 for durability.

On the camera side, Pixel 9a has a main camera with 48 MP f / 1.7 aperture on the back. This camera uses Samsung’s ISOCELL GN8 sensor. In addition, there is a 13 MP f / 2.2 ultra wide-angle camera with Sony IMX712 sensor. The front camera will also have the Sony IMX712 sensor.
