Honor introduced its new 200 series phones worldwide. This series consists of three different models: standard, pro and lite. Honor 200 and 200 Pro, the sequels of last year’s Honor 100 series, were also introduced in China last month. The details of these models, which are offered with the same features in the global market, are as follows:
Honor 200 and 200 Pro come with 6.78-inch OLED displays. The displays have curved edges and offer 4,000 nits peak brightness with a 120Hz refresh rate. Honor 200 offers a resolution of 2,664 x 1,200 pixels, while the Pro model has a resolution of 2,700 x 1,224 pixels. The displays also include features such as AI Circadian night mode, low blue light and TUV flicker-free certification. In terms of design, both phones stand out with a texture pattern on the back panel and a pill-shaped camera island.
As for the camera features, the Honor 200 and 200 Pro have a triple rear camera set in the same layout. However, there are small differences between the sensors. Honor 200 is equipped with a 50MP 1/1.56 inch main camera, 50MP OIS+EIS telephoto lens and 12MP ultra wide-angle unit. The Pro model includes a 50MP 1/1.3 inch H9000 main sensor, 50MP OIS and EIS supported telephoto unit and a 12MP ultra wide angle camera.
On the front, both models carry a 50MP selfie camera. These phones also have artificial intelligence-supported camera features. On the performance side, Honor 200 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor and offers options of up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage capacity. Honor 200 Pro, on the other hand, is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and comes with only 12GB RAM + 512GB storage option. Both phones are backed by a 5,200mAh silicon-carbon battery and support 100W wired charging. The Pro model also offers 66W wireless and reverse wireless charging features. In terms of software, both models work with MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14 and include artificial intelligence features such as Magic Portal, Magic Capsule, Magic Lock Screen.
Honor 200 Lite is offered as a more affordable option. Its 6.7-inch AMOLED display offers 2,000 nits peak brightness. The camera setup includes a 108MP main sensor, 5MP depth sensor and 2MP macro lens. The device has 8GB RAM and 256GB storage capacity.
Honor 200 series is offered in Ocean Cyan (Pro), Emerald Green (standard), Moonlight White and Black color options. Honor 200 Pro is available at prices starting from $865, while Honor 200 starts at $650. Both models will go on general sale starting June 26. Honor 200 Lite is offered with a price tag of $355.
This new series stands out especially with its high performance, advanced camera features and fast charging technologies. Technology enthusiasts are looking forward to the innovations brought by the Honor 200 series.
