For all legal transactions carried out within the borders of Türkiye, it must be notified to the relevant person within the scope of the Notification Law. What are the PTT notification inquiry methods?

Notification inquiry via PTT website

Follow these steps to inquire about notification via e-Government;

• First, log in to e-Government from your browser or application.
• After logging in, search by typing “PTT registered shipment tracking” in the search box and click on the page that appears.
• Type your 13-digit barcode number here.
• Finally, click on the “Query” button.

Notification inquiry with UETS

You can inquire about notification via UETS, the National Electronic Notification System, without needing to know your barcode number. For this;

Inquiry about notification by going to PTT branch

Another method to inquire about notification is to go to the physical PTT branch. If you do not have a barcode for the notification shipment and you have difficulty logging into the UETS system, you can go to the nearest PTT branch with your ID. After you present your ID here, you will be given notifications sent by the employee on your behalf.

Notification inquiry with the Mukhtar’s Office

Finally, you can go to the headman’s office and inquire about the notification. Especially, PTT couriers leave notifications to the neighborhood headman’s office when you are not at home. You can go to the headman of the neighborhood where you reside and ask the headman to forward your notification.
