Huawei tested its new liquid-cooled supercharging stations in the Turpan region of China, where the air temperature is quite high. While the ambient temperature in the Kumtag Desert and Huoyan Mountain, where the vehicles were charged, reached 49.6 degrees and the surface temperature was at a very frightening level of 80 degrees.
Huawei Tested Liquid-Cooled Supercharging Stations in the Desert!
Huawei car charging stations, which managed to demonstrate superior performance despite these challenging conditions, produced approximately 44.1 dB of noise in standby mode and 59.5 dB of noise while charging when the temperature was at 47.1 degrees. In other words, it can be quiet enough not to disturb in a normal environment.
These high-speed charging stations from Huawei effectively dissipate the heat generated during charging with advanced liquid cooling technology. It is not limited to this, and maximum performance is achieved with precise temperature control algorithms.
Huawei charged 414 vehicles within the scope of these high temperature tests and provided a total of 13,391 kWh of energy. A very good success was achieved, as almost all vehicles reached full charge at once.
