iOS 18.1 beta released: Apple Intelligence has arrived!

Apple has announced Apple Intelligence, which takes AI technologies to a new level, and some of these features are now available in developer beta. However, not all features are included in this beta. Here are some features you can find in this beta:

Writing tools: You will now be able to use functions such as rewriting, correcting or summarizing texts. These features can be experienced both in Apple’s own applications and in many third-party applications.

Siri improvements: Siri just got smarter. It can seamlessly switch between voice and text, follow you when you get stuck on words, and maintain context by connecting one request to another. However, ChatGPT integration is not yet available, Apple has stated that it will come later.

Natural language search features, support for creating memory movies, transcription summaries and several new Mail features are also included in this beta version. What you need to do to try Apple Intelligence features is quite simple:

1. Download iOS 18.1 beta: First, install the iOS 18.1 beta version on your device.
2. Open the Settings app: Go to the Settings app.
3. Apple Intelligence & Siri: Click on this new menu.
4. Join the waitlist: Click “Join the Apple Intelligence waitlist”.

After these steps, you will have requested access to Apple Intelligence beta features. However, some features may be accessed sequentially to avoid placing a burden on Apple’s servers. So which devices is it compatible with?

To try Apple Intelligence iPhone 15 You must have Pro or Pro Max devices. Also, you must have an Apple Developer account. Luckily, this account doesn’t have to be paid, just sign in to developer.apple.com with your Apple ID.

Apple Intelligence looks like it will seriously improve the user experience. Improvements in writing tools and Siri will provide great convenience in daily use. In particular, Siri’s ability to seamlessly switch between voice and text and maintain context makes it even more useful.
