IPhone prices abroad will increase at a record level! Fortunately, this time is not in Türkiye

Donald Trump, who was re -elected President of the US in recent months, confused things in his country during his efforts to correct the economy. The Trump administration, which has started to implement additional customs duties to many countries and regions, especially China to make the USA reproduction center, has led to price increases in almost all electronic products, especially the iPhone.

Türkiye, which is currently the country where the world’s most expensive iPhones are sold, is enjoying the negative impact on this time, while analysts predict that especially the upper model iPhone prices in the United States may increase approximately 30 percent.

While Donald Trump’s additional customs duties still continued, many experts have started to calculate price increase. Finally, a report prepared by UBS revealed that the price of the Sahşo iPhone 16 Pro Max to the 1TB storage area produced in China may rise to $ 2.062.

This means that the current price of the phone will increase close to 30 percent. Moreover, Donald Trump expressed the threat of 104 percent additional customs duties in addition to the 54 percent taxes applied in case of possible counter -moves. In this case, prices can even compete with Turkey. Currently, the same phone in Türkiye is sold at a price close to $ 3,500.

For the phones produced in India, the table is less internal, but it is still quite bad. Apple’s iPhones produced in India is a 26 percent tax. This means that the price of the 128 GB iPhone 16 Pro will increase by 12 percent according to the UBS account.

Instead of reflecting these additional costs to the consumer, Apple also has the possibility to give up the profit margin and keep prices fixed. However, after the stocks are exhausted, it is unclear which way to choose.
