Last month, iQOO introduced the iQOO Neo 9S Pro in China, equipped with the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset. The brand is also reportedly working on iQOO Neo 9S Pro Plus. It is thought that the device will be released soon because it has received approval from China’s MIIT certification platform. At the same time, Digital Chat Station, a well-known tech leakster, revealed the device’s release timeframe.
A new Vivo phone has surfaced on China’s MIIT database with model number V2403A. Many tech bloggers claim that this phone is the upcoming iQOO Neo 9S Pro+. Although the MIIT listing does not reveal any specification information about the alleged iQOO Neo 9S Pro+, the device will go official in July, according to Digital Chat Station. This time frame shows that the Neo 9S Pro + will compete with models such as OnePlus Ace 3 Pro, Realme GT 7 and Redmi K70 Ultra. While Redmi’s phone is expected to have the Dimensity 9300+ chipset, iQOO, OnePlus and Realme flagships will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
What to expect about iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ features? According to reports, the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ will be an improved version of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro with Dimensity 9300 chipset that was announced in December 2023. Other technical features of the device, which will carry the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, are likely to remain the same as the Neo 9 Pro.
The device is expected to come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED 1.5K 144Hz display, 16-megapixel front camera and 50-megapixel (main) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual camera setup. Additionally, it is likely to be offered with up to 16GB LDDR5x RAM, up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, and a 5,160mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
