LG introduced larger capacity AWHP heat pump (12, 14, 16kW) models at IFA last year. The new Therma V models come with an advanced compressor that unlocks greater efficiency and a sleeker design that blends in with the environment.
With the mandatory implementation of Near-Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) standards across Europe, AWHPs are gaining popularity for their ability to reduce carbon emissions and cope with energy supply uncertainties. Medium and small capacity models, which are more suitable for construction, make LG’s new 7 and 9 kW models ideal for the European market.
The new Therma V AWHP will reduce energy bills thanks to its compressor quality and compression system. In addition, it will provide hot water output up to 75 degrees Celsius even when the weather is -15 degrees Celsius outside.
Thanks to the completely new compressor, both AWHP models at 7kW 49 dB and at 9kW 50 dB It works in silence. The new models feature LG’s ThinQ support. In this way, the status of the device can be easily checked. Detailed monitoring of energy consumption can be done.
From a design perspective, a very stylish product awaits us. Its exterior design has black tones and its grille has dark gray colors and wave patterns. The compact size design allows it to fit under the window without obstructing the view. Thanks to its stylish design, it will contribute aesthetically to any space.
Therma V AWHP 7kW and 9kW models will be exhibited at LG’s IFA 2024 booth between 6-10 September.
