MediaMarkt made all its stores in Istanbul accessible to the visually impaired
Within the scope of the collaboration, the accessibility reports prepared by MediaMarkt on a store basis were first processed by BlindLook and turned into audio instructions for visually impaired visitors. MediaMarkt, which later launched the BlindLook experience for visually impaired visitors in its 10 pilot stores in Istanbul, took a new step and started to implement this experience in all 29 stores in Istanbul. Thanks to the BlindLook experience, visually impaired consumers visiting MediaMarkt’s stores in Istanbul will now be able to access the aisles of their choice more easily by following the voice instructions.
