According to the statement on Google Play, Whee; It offers a way for users to capture and share “spontaneous moments” in their lives. In this context, it is similar to the BeReal application. So, it is possible to say that it has an Instagram and BeReal style usage.

TikTok has long faced privacy concerns in the US and Europe. The company, which has received criticism about its user data processing policies, is trying to expand its network with different services. After Notes, TikTok wants to increase the number of users with Whee.

We should point out that the Whee application is still in the testing phase and is not available in many countries. Also the application iOS There is no version available. However, it can be downloaded in Turkey via Google Play Store.

TikTok, which has taken the world by storm, is estimated to be worth 100 billion dollars. However, the Chinese government legally prevents the TikTok algorithm, which is the key to success, from being sold to any US company. The ban could further increase existing tensions between the two countries and set a precedent for similar practices.
