The Semi was first introduced in 2017 and has caused great excitement in the electric vehicle world ever since. According to initial plans, it was supposed to be released in 2020, but due to some production difficulties, it could only go into production towards the end of 2022. Only 70 Semis were produced in the first year, and these were mostly for internal testing and delivery to large customers like PepsiCo.
