While Nissan recently announced its 2024 fiscal year first quarter financial results, it also quietly shared hints about future models. These models include the Patrol, Armada, Murano and a mysterious crossover.
We already recognize the models clearly visible in the image. On the left is the new Infiniti QX80, next to it is the new Nissan Kicks, and on the right is the newly facelifted Nissan Note Aura and the Nismo version of Ariya. On the back, models that have not yet been introduced appear in silhouette form.
The two large SUVs that appear to be similar in size to the QX80 are speculated to be Patrol and Armada. These two models are actually the same vehicle, but they have different names in the Middle East (Patrol) and America (Armada).
There are no details yet about the small model sitting at the back. It is thought that the model in question may be the 100 percent electric Nissan Juke, which is planned to be offered for sale by 2027. The electric Juke will be sold in Europe together with its internal combustion engine sibling.
Nissan had a tough time in the first quarter of fiscal 2024. The company’s operating profit decreased to 6.4 million dollars and its net profit decreased to around 185 million dollars. This situation caused the Japanese manufacturer to revise its targets for the whole year. The annual sales target was reduced to 3.65 million units and the net profit target was reduced to 3.2 billion dollars.
