Nothing OS 2.6 update for Nothing Phone (2) and (2a)!

Android Updates released to phones are offered to users with new features. Nothing also announced the Nothing OS 2.6 update for its newest device, Nothing Phone (2a), and Phone (2), which it announced in the past months. Nothing OS 2.6 update Game Comes with improvements for the mod

One of the most striking aspects of the new update is the improvements and innovations announced for the Game Mode. Additionally, support for the CMF Watch battery level indicator, Date widget and dozens of other innovations have been added.

Features such as quick access to the Game Panel added to the left sidebar during the game, display of calls in a pop-up window, support for rejecting third-party application calls can be especially useful for gamers.

• New support for CMF Watch battery level display in Quick Settings Bluetooth tile.
• Added new scrollable Date Widget.
• Added new Community Headlines Widget.

Especially for Phone(2)

• Added support for deleting wallpaper history in Wallpaper Studio.
• Improved initial setup for Weather Widget/app.
• Added user-friendly prompts for adding a specific city.
• Optimized the Low Latency Mode experience for Nothing headsets.

Game Mode improvements

• Quick access to the Gamepad during gameplay by tapping the left sidebar.
• Incoming calls during gameplay can now be shown as a pop-up.
• Added support for rejecting third-party app calls during gameplay.
• Support one-touch callback after rejecting a call.
• Light notifications have been optimized to show more information during gameplay.
• Reduce distraction with support for blocking notifications during gameplay.

Bug Fixes

• An issue affecting audio and call recording in WhatsApp has been resolved.
• Other general bug fixes and experience improvements.

Especially for Phone(2)

• Resolved anomalies that occurred when making emergency calls in certain scenarios.
• Fixed the issue where some apps were not able to use the Cloned Apps feature properly.

Especially for Phone (2a)

• Fixed an issue that caused the Atmosphere wallpaper effect to disappear in certain scenarios.
• Fixed an issue that caused the Lock Screen image to overlap in certain scenarios.
• Fixed an issue where previews of photos taken in landscape were displayed incorrectly when the device was locked.
• The camera has been improved to prevent false blur in Portrait Mode.
• Camera stability has been optimized.
