According to user complaints, Galaxy S22 started to experience serious problems after the One UI 6.1 update. So much so that the devices drove their owners crazy with problems such as constantly rebooting and Wi-Fi turning off and on uninterruptedly. Of course, these are not the only problems.
A Galaxy S22 Ultra user in India stated that the data on his device was lost and he was asked to pay 41 thousand Indian rupees (about $480) for repair. Another user living in the United Kingdom stated that Samsung attributed the device’s constant reboot problem to the screen and was surprised by this.
There is no statement from Samsung yet. Expressing their disappointment, users want the company to accept the problem, offer free repairs and provide refunds to people who received repair services. We will see what step the brand will take in the coming days.
