OnePlus Ace 5 may come with a ceramic case

OnePlus Ace 5 series is expected to be introduced before the end of this year. Two models are expected to be available to users in the series: Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro. Famous newsmaker Digital Chat Station gave information about Ace 5’s processor, battery and charging speed. Another sensation, nicknamed Wisdom Pikachu, shared an important detail about the phone’s case.

As a reminder, OnePlus Ace 3 was announced in China earlier this year in black, blue and rose gold color options. A glass back panel was preferred in all three options. According to Wisdom Pikachu’s post, OnePlus will include a ceramic back panel in Ace 5. The phone will get the energy it needs from a 6000 mAh battery with 100W charging support. Like its predecessor, Ace 5 will come without wireless charging support.

It is certain that there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor at the heart of Ace 5. The phone, which will come with a 50-megapixel main camera, will come out of the box with OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15.

OnePlus Ace 5 will be sold under a different name outside China

Ace 5 will come with a 6.78-inch curved OLED screen. The 8T LTPO panel will offer 1.5K resolution and the refresh rate will be 120 Hz. The notification slide is also among the parts of OnePlus’ new phone. It is certain that the smartphone will be sold under a different name outside of China, just like its predecessors. It will not be a surprise to hear more news about Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro in the coming period.
