OnePlus Open revealed the version of the foldable phone called Apex Edition. This version comes in a color called “Red Shadow” and a faux leather-covered back panel.
In addition to this special color, Apex Edition has 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. A textured surface and orange detail touches are added to the modified notification slide.
The renewed notification slide now includes a feature called VIP Mode. Users can activate this mode by sliding the slide to the highest level and can be completely hidden by disabling the camera, microphone and location information. OnePlus also underlines that this provides “chip-level encryption and privacy.”
How much will you have to pay for OnePlus Open Apex Edition?
This special version of the OnePlus Open will be sold for $1900 in the US. The European price will be announced on August 27.
