After weeks of testing, Opera introduced its new Opera One internet browser, equipped with artificial intelligence features, to iOS users. The new browser offers a search bar at the bottom, quick search suggestions, and Aria AI assistant integration for easy navigation.
Opera Presented Its Renewed Browser to iOS Users!
Users simply swipe down to reveal the search bar, just like they do for Spotlight search on iOS. While this search bar comes standard, users can choose between Standard Navigation or Quick Action Button styles.
When you type any word into the search engine, automatic completions are made. This new browser of Opera now offers its own autocomplete options when you type anything in the search box.
When you start scrolling down on a page, the bottom and top bars are hidden, that is, you switch to full screen mode. The top status bar matches the colors used on the site. You can download the Opera One internet browser, which has many other innovations, from the App Store.
According to Sensor Tower data, the Opera internet browser has been downloaded more than 50 million times on iOS since 2020. The browser’s annual growth was 58 percent, 25 percent and 4 percent in 2021, 2022 and 2023, respectively. The EU is Opera’s biggest market, and there was a 122 percent download increase in Q2 2024 due to regulation forcing iOS to offer users a browser selection screen.
