Pacific Technology purchased 51 percent of Titra Technology for 478 million TL

Pacific Technology acquired 51 percent of Titra Teknoloji A.Ş., which made a name for itself with the unmanned helicopter Alpin, as determined within the scope of the valuation report prepared. He bought it for 478 million 197 thousand TL. Pacific Hardware and Yazılım Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., which is part of the Pacific Group and started to be traded in Borsa Istanbul on February 13. Pacific Group CEO F. Nusret Dur said that Pacific Technology continues its investments to both develop its product network and expand into new markets through company acquisitions and mergers.

Ankara-based Titra Technology is a company that made a name for itself with its unmanned helicopter Alpin. It produces innovative projects in areas such as unmanned aerial vehicle systems suitable for military and civilian use, smart health systems, smart cities, artificial intelligence, cyber security technologies and big data analysis. Titra Group companies provide services to corporate customers and various public institutions in areas such as integrator and field maintenance services and inventory management in the field of IT.

Explaining that they will significantly increase their power in the technology sector with the acquisition, F. Nusret Dur announced that M. Selman Dönmez, the founding partner of Titra Technology, was appointed as the General Manager of Pacific Technology after the acquisition.

M. Selman Dönmez said that after the completion of the acquisition, they will further develop the existing products and services under the umbrella of Pacific Technology and become a strong player in the field of technology both in the national and international arena.
