Peugeot 208 rose to lead in the European market
This means an increase of 7 %compared to the same period last year. Dacia Sandero, who was at the top of the list in January and February, fell second to the second place in March. The sales of the vehicle decreased by 6 %as 24,577 units.
Renault Clio took the third place. The model had a 3 %decrease in March by selling 23,062 units in March. Nissan Qashqai settled in the fourth place with 22,826 pieces.
Qashqai sales showed a 9 %decrease on an annual basis. Volkswagen Golf ranks fifth. The sales of Golf, which reached 21,553 sales, decreased by 17 %compared to the same period last year.
The first 10 list also features Volkswagen T-ROC, Opel/Vauxhall Corsa, Peugeot 2008, Volkswagen Tiguan and Ford Puma. Volkswagen Tiguan, one of these models, performed remarkable performance. Tiguan sales increased by 42 %to 19,591.
