Promotional Video of EA SPORTS FC 25’s Rush Mode Released! (Video)

EA, today EA SPORTS FC 25 released the promotional trailer of the highly anticipated 5v5 Rush mode.

The new 5v5 Rush mode, which will replace the Volta mode first introduced in FIFA 20, has been the game mode that football fans have been wondering about for a while. All the details of the Rush mode, for which EA has prepared a separate promotion, were included in the new promotional trailer.

Rush mode was described by Game Designer Danillo Abreu as a “little 5v5 social football experience” that utilizes the same controls and football mechanics of traditional 11v11 matches. Rush mode takes place on a smaller playing field and includes its own rules and match formats to keep the action flowing with fewer interruptions.

While four players on each team control the players on the field, the artificial intelligence controls the goalkeeper of each team. Serious fouls are punished with a ‘blue card’, which sends players out of the game for one minute.

The new Rush mode will be playable in the Kick-Off mode as well as in Ultimate Team, Player and Manager Career. EA SPORTS FC 25 will be released on September 27 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
