PlayStation Store is on the agenda once again with news that upsets the players. A recent significant increase in game and content prices on the platform seems to upset gamers. The increase was applied to games, including popular productions such as Hogwarts Legacy, Red Dead Redemption and Resident Evil Village.

According to the new pricing, Hogwarts Legacy (PS5) increased from 2,249 TL to 3,149 TL, while Red Dead Redemption increased from 1,249 TL to 1,749 TL. GameA Plague Tale: Requiem, which was highly appreciated by fans, increased its price tag from 1,999 TL to 2,799 TL.

Here are some of the games that have increased and their new prices:

• Hogwarts Legacy (PS5): 3.149 TL instead of 2.249 TL
• Red Dead Redemption: 1.749 TL instead of 1.249 TL
• Helldivers 2: 1,399 TL instead of 999 TL
• Resident Evil Village: 1,199 TL instead of 879 TL
• Dying Light 2: Stay Human: 2,099 TL instead of 1,499 TL
• A Plague Tale: Requiem: 2.799 TL instead of 1.999 TL

It seems that factors such as increasing exchange rates and inflation are affecting digital gaming platforms. Players, on the other hand, criticize the price policy of the platform and state that this will make access to the games even more difficult.
