Redmi K80 series coming soon

Redmi K70 Ultra, which Redmi will introduce in China at the end of this month, will be the last device of the K70 series. The company, which plans to announce the Redmi Note 14 series in August or September and the Redmi K80 series in November, recently revealed the model numbers of Redmi K80 and K80 Pro in a report. According to this information, the model numbers of Redmi K80 and K80 Pro will be 24122RKC7C and 24127RK2CC, respectively.

Leaks about the design details of the K80 series show that significant improvements have been made in the design of this series. Redmi K80 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor and it is said that the device will be made of a new shiny material and composite glass, and the ceramic option is also being considered. It is stated that moving the camera module to the upper left corner is also considered. It is also anticipated that there will be a Championship Edition in the K80 series, just like the K70 series.

According to the information revealed in the IMEI database, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipsets will be used in the Redmi K80 series. There is no clear information yet about the existence of the K80e model.

It is reported that the Redmi K80 Pro will have a flat screen with 2K resolution and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader will be integrated into this screen. The device is expected to have a 50-megapixel main camera and a telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. It is predicted to have a 5,500mAh battery capacity with 120W fast charging support.

Although there is no definitive information about the specifications of the Redmi K80 as of now, there are speculations that the K80 and K80 Pro may be rebranded as Poco F7 and F7 Pro in the global market in 2025.
