The court, which decided to stop the sale of Lenovo and Motorola’s mobile devices in Germany, banned the sale of all devices that use technologies such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G that connect to the mobile network, including Motorola’s new Edge 50 series.
The court, which implemented this ban in return for the plaintiff’s deposit of 4 million euros, InterDigital, allowed Lenovo and Motorola to continue sales in Germany until their stocks run out. However, in the future, no model of the Chinese company with the specified features will be sold.
