Google announced its new flagship Pixel 9 series and Gemini features at the Made by Google event it held recently. One of the most interesting features introduced at the event was Gemini Live. According to the company’s statements, Google and Samsung devices would support this feature, and now Gemini Live support came for Samsung before Pixel 9. Here are the details…
In the announcements made by Google, it was revealed that Gemini Live received some improvements for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 device. The feature, which is expected to come to newer devices, including the Z Fold 3, will unfortunately only be available for paid subscription users, namely Gemini Advanced.
Gemini Live, which works almost the same as the voice conversation feature that ChatGPT announced in previous months, can chat with you like a normal person. If you want, you can interrupt the artificial intelligence, which can talk continuously during the chat, for more information or for a different topic. However, Gemini Live does not currently support Google services such as Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Keep, YouTube, and YouTube Music.
When you activate the feature, which is expected to come to more phones and tablets from Samsung, you will see a small icon in the lower right corner of the plug-in. Here you can learn how to use the application and then start the conversation by pressing the talk button.
Gemini Live, where you can chat with different voices just like ChatGPT, has only English language support for now, but more language options are expected to arrive in the coming months. It was also announced that Samsung will announce new features this year for Bixby, which has not added features for years.
