Samsung stopped the Android 15 -based One UI 7 update indefinitely due to a serious system error. The update was presented to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 with the Galaxy S24 series as of April 7. However, due to the problems experienced by some users, the distribution process in many regions withdrew.

According to the latest information, the screen lock function is disabled on some devices where the update is installed. Therefore, users become unable to unlock the screen, so the devices are almost completely inaccessible.
The fact that the problem is seen in both Exynos 2400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor models strengthened the likelihood of a software -related problem. The Samsung side has not yet made an official statement about the cause of this error.
Updated the complaints of the users in the first countries opened to the distribution, the update was officially withdrawn from the servers. The update published in the US as of April 10 was stopped in the same way.
