Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, 125W fast charging support

Motorola Edge 50 Pro was officially revealed after a period of leaks and shares. At the heart of the phone positioned in the upper middle segment is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. The phone has a 144 Hz AMOLED screen with 1220p resolution and has three cameras on the back.

Edge 50 Pro comes with a 6.7-inch curved pOLED screen. As we mentioned above, this screen has 1220p resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. The screen, which has a maximum brightness level of 2000 nits, is also the first panel approved by Pantone to offer more realistic colors and skin tones. The fingerprint scanner is also placed under the screen on the phone, which comes with a 50 megapixel front camera.

A 50-megapixel sensor acts as the main camera on the back of the smartphone. This sensor also has optical image stabilization. A 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor that also functions as a macro camera complete the system. Edge 50 Pro is also the first phone to come with Motorola’s Artificial Intelligence Photo Enhancement Engine.

On the software side, users are welcomed by Motorola’s new HelloUX interface based on Android 14. This interface brings generative AI features for customized wallpapers. Edge 50 Pro is a device that has the title of being the first phone with Motorola Smart Connect support. Smart Connect offers advanced continuity features between Motorola and Lenovo branded phones, tablets and PCs.

A 4500 mAh battery with 125W wired and 50W wireless charging support provides the smartphone with the energy it needs. Edge 50 Pro also has an IP68 durability certificate.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro comes in three color options

Two standard color options are offered for the Edge 50 Pro: purple and black. The limited-edition Moonlight Pearl color bears the signature of Italian design studio Mazzucchelli 1849.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro will be available in India on April 9 at prices starting from 31999 rupees.
