Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is coming to previous-gen consoles on September 17, including PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game was first released for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC in 2023.
For those who don’t know, this game is the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Set in the Star Wars universe, between the events of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, the game is an adventure that has a bit of a Metroidvania feel and tells the events from a third party’s perspective.
The pre-order period for the game has started with various advantages. These include in-game cosmetic items and a new blaster set that will transform the hero into someone who resembles Obi Wan Kenobi. As for the software, EA says it’s fully optimized to run on older consoles.
At this point, it is worth noting that there is a problem with the game running on PCs. EA has released several updates to fix performance issues but some still persist. To this end, the company is preparing a new PC update that will be released “in the coming weeks.” This will bring “improvements to the game’s technical performance, controls, and more” and “a host of quality of life improvements.”
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be sold for $50
The game was recently added to Game Pass. You will have to pay $50 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of the game.
