OnePlus continues its innovations in the smartphone market without slowing down. The newly released OnePlus Ace 3 Pro model draws attention with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and huge 6,100mAh battery. However, a new leak shows that the company is working on a larger battery. According to information provided by a reliable source called Digital Chat Station, the Ouga group, which includes Oppo and OnePlus, continues to work on a battery with a capacity of 6,500mAh. This new battery is currently used in prototype devices that are in the testing phase and will be featured for the first time in a future OnePlus model.
According to leaks, two new models called OnePlus Ace 4 and OnePlus 13 are on the way. These devices will be equipped with micro-curved flat screens with 1.5K and 2K resolution, respectively. Both models will have battery capacities ranging from 6,000mAh to 6,200mAh. While the OnePlus 13 model is expected to come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, the Ace 4 model is thought to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It is also rumored that the Ace 4 model may be rebranded as OnePlus 13R in the global market.
It is stated that the OnePlus phone with a 6,500mAh battery may be the Ace 4 Pro model and that this model will be released in China in mid-2025. However, it should not be forgotten that this information has not yet been confirmed by official sources and therefore should be approached with caution. It is useful to wait for official announcements to learn more about the new models.
