Beastars final season The eagerly awaited first trailer for the series has been revealed and the anime will be released with its first episode in 2024. NetflixIt will be published in. The second part is expected to be released at a later date. The new trailer was shown at the Anime Japan 2024 event, while key visuals and broadcast information were released yesterday. Anime had previously announced the character designs at the Anime Expo 2023 Netflix panel and set a 2024 release date. BEASTARS FINAL SEASONreturns with a cast that includes Shinichi Matsumi, who directed the first two seasons, and character designer Nao Ootsu. Nanami Higuchi will write the script and Satoru Kousaki is composing the music. CGI Studio ORANGE will animate the series.

Beastars is based on a manga series written by Paru Itakagi. It started airing on Weekly Shounen Champion in 2016 and ended in 2020 after 196 episodes. The Beastars universe also includes a side story called Beast Complex, focusing on different characters.

Viz Media has licensed the Beastars manga in English. The entire series, 22 volumes, has been translated and published so far. Viz describes the story this way: One night, at Cherryton Academy, a herbivore student is brutally murdered. Among the members of the Drama Club, the herbivores’ suspicions naturally turn to their carnivorous classmates… The prime suspect? Wolf Legoshi. But he wouldn’t hurt a fly. Or does it? Will the dwarf rabbit Haru awaken the beast in him? Or are his feelings something else for him?
