The Union of Turkish Bar Associations has applied to the administrative judiciary, requesting the annulment of the decision to block access to ‘Instagram.com’ dated 02/08/2024 by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority, which disproportionately interferes with freedom of expression, and the suspension of its execution without taking a defense.
