Vivo’s new budget-friendly phone also received its final certificates

The firmware version of the device is listed as PD2365F_EX_A_14.0.5.3.W30, which indicates that the Y28 (4G) will run on the Android 14 operating system. The device also has WiFi, Bluetooth and LTE support.
