Maserati introduced a special version of the fully electric GranCabrio Folgore model. This special production EV is dedicated to Tignanello, the famous Italian red wine produced by the Marchesi Antinori family, which has been producing wine for six centuries. Maserati’s third fully electric model, the GranCabrio Folgore, pays a fitting tribute to this iconic wine with its 800V platform and three electric motors with a total of 829 horsepower. Maserati’s special design to celebrate Tignanello’s 50th anniversary The team Fuoriserie created a unique GranCabrio Folgore, inspired by elements such as Tignanello’s vineyards, cellars and classic label. A special paint called “Terra di Tignanello” was used on the exterior of the special GranCabrio Folgore, in a chestnut color that reflects the soil of the vineyards. Warm, copper-toned burgundy undertones and a metallic touch, reminiscent of the rich red color of wine, add an elegant atmosphere to the vehicle.

The vehicle’s rims and brake calipers are designed in matte and glossy black colors, and the emblems are designed in copper tones. The Maserati logo stands out in shiny copper. The soft roof fabric was also chosen in black, completing a stylish look. Inside, the seats are trimmed in leather with unique silver and burgundy stripes made from Vegea, an innovative fabric sourced from vineyards inspired by the barrels in which Tignanello matures.

This impressive GranCabrio Folgore Tignanello will be auctioned for charity at Festival Napa Valley’s “Arts for All Gala” event on July 14. It offers a rare opportunity for both car and wine enthusiasts to acquire this unique piece and support a good cause at the same time.
