Xiaomi Mix Flip comes as the brand’s first clamshell foldable phone
At the big event held in China today, Xiaomi announced many new products, including wearable technologies and smartphones. Coming as a rival to Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6, vivo X Flip, OPPO Find N3 Flip, and other models, Mix Flip looks quite ambitious.
Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor produced by Qualcomm for its flagship models, the device was introduced with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage options. In addition, on the cooling side, the phone with 3D vapor cooling hosts a 4,780mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
On the screen side, Xiaomi Mix Flip manages to have the largest cover screen on the market with its 4.01-inch external screen and offers 1.5K resolution and brightness up to 1,600 nits. The internal display uses a 6.5-inch panel with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,600 nits of brightness. As screen protection, Xiaomi prefers its own Dragon Crystal Glass.
