Samsung, which included the Dimensity 6100+ processor in the A15 5G, will include the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor in the Galaxy A16 5G. The eight-core Mediatek Dimensity 6300, produced with a 6 nm fabrication process, hosts 2 2.4 GHz Cortex-A76 and 6 Cortex-A55 cores as well as Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
The tested prototype product has 5 GB of RAM, but it is likely to be available with different memory options when it is released. We see that the phone running Android 14 operating system received 514 points in the single-core test and 1464 points in the multi-core test.
